On Campus Accommodation
We are happy to announce that accommodation will be available on the IIT Madras campus for the ICMR 2023 Conference. To ensure fairness and convenience, the allocation of rooms will follow a "first-come, first-served" basis.
Academicians: Accommodation for academicians is on a first-come, first-served basis at the Taramani Guest House (within the IIT Madras Campus) in single and twin-sharing mode, payable by the participants upon arrival. Once the rooms get filled, participants may avail of accommodation outside IIT Madras. The details of the partner hotels are attached below.
Research Scholars: Accommodation will be in the IIT Madras hostel, with single and double occupancy on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are required to pay the accommodation charges along with the registration.
* Additional charges are applicable for boarding at the guest house.
Payment details and options are given when you register for the conference.
Please note: We plan to book the accommodation for three days from 16th to 18th November. Please indicate to us if you wish to extend your stay. The extra days of accommodation is subject to the availability of rooms.
